Chicken With Peanuts Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken spring | 1/2 | |
| 1/2 teaspoon Chinese bead | ||
| 5 Chinese mushrooms molasses | ||
| 2 stalks scallions | ||
| Cayenne pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| 1 tablespoon brown bean sauce | ||
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sherry | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Roasted peanuts | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 wedge ginger size of acorn | ||
| 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 teaspoon water | ||
Directions
Using a high flame, heat pan and add oil, ginger, and garlic.
Add chicken and sherry.
Stir for 1 minute and add mushrooms.
After 1/2 minute add brown bean sauce solution, scallions, and peanuts.
Stir and add cornstarch solution.
Dish is done when cornstarch thickens and coats ingredients.
Also, all ingredients should be coated evenly with brown bean sauce and molasses.
Add chicken and sherry.
