Chicken With Orange Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
Marinade
1 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, smashed and chopped
1/2 cup (125 ml) catsup
1 cup (250 ml) orange juice
1/2 cup (125 ml) orange marmalade
2 tbsp (50 ml) soya sauce
Recipe
2 1/2 lb (1.2 kg) chicken parts, cleaned and skinned
Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat barbecue at MEDIUM.
Mix marinade ingredients together in small saucepan; bring to boil.
Pour over chicken parts and marinate 4 hours in refrigerator.
Place chicken parts on hot grill.
Cook, partially covered, for the following times: white meat €” 8 to 10 minutes each side; dark meat €” 15 minutes each side.
