Chicken With Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Fryer chicken | 2 | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper red | 1 To taste | |
| Onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Oleo/butter - 1 stick | ||
| Olive oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mushrooms | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| White wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Quarter the chicken, rub with salt, and red and black pepper and place in the roasting pan
2. Cover it with chopped onions, green pepper, garlic and celery; cut oleo or butter over the chicken and add olive oil as well
3. Bake it all with the lid on at 375°F; remove the lid, add mushrooms and wine and bake without a lid for twenty minutes till brown
SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
