Chicken with Marsala and Grapes Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken breast -4 or 5 small,halves | ||
| Shallots | 1 1/2 | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Marsala | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Grapes -1 cup seedless | ||
Directions
MAKING
1)In a large skillet heat oil.
2)Over medium-high heat brown the breasts, by its skin sides down.
3)Shallots should be chopped finely.
4)Brown chicken on second side by adding shallots.
5)Further add salt, pepper and Marsala
6)Simmer for 10 minutes by reducing heat and covering it.
SERVING
7)Add grapes and serve hot.
