Chicken with Fresh Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Half and Half | 625 Gram | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Pinch salt, sugar | ||
| Sherry | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Button mushrooms | 125 Gram | |
| Cooking oil | ||
Directions
Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with the soy sauce for 30 minutes.
Wipe or peel the mushrooms, but leave whole.
In a casserole heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil and stir-fry the onion and ginger for 30 seconds.
Add the chicken and stir-fry for another 30 seconds, then turn the heat down very low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add 2 teaspoons of oil and the rest of the ingredients, cover and cook very slowly for 25 minutes.
Check the seasoning and serve.
