 2 1/2 to 3 pound chicken, cut into serving pieces
 Onion1 Medium, sliced
 White wine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
 Mushrooms1/2 pound, sliced
 Mushroom1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

TO HEAT BY TIME In 2-quart oblong baking dish, arrange chicken, meatier portions toward edge of dish; top with onion and add wine.
Set Power Select at HIGH; heat covered with wax paper, 15 to 20 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Add mushrooms and heat, covered, 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.
TO HEAT BY INSTA-MATIC In 2-quart oblong baking dish arrange chicken, meatier portions toward edge of dish.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Top with onions and mushrooms; pour wine over chicken.
Cover completely with plastic wrap; heat on COOK 2.
Chicken and mushrooms should be tender.
Drain liquid; reserve 1/3 cup.
Blend reserved liquid, soup and sour cream until smooth; spoon over chicken.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM; heat, covered, 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
Let STAND, covered, 5 minutes.
Remove chicken to serving platter; stir sauce until smooth and serve over chicken.
