Ingredients

 200 gm chicken, boneless cut into small strips
 6-8 mushrooms each cut into 2 pieces
 1 green onion cut bulb into 4 pieces and green into 1" long pieces
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Ginger1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 Fish sauce1 Tablespoon
 1 tbsp soya sauce
 1/2 green and 1/2 red bell pepper cut into 1" squares
 Cashewnuts1/4 Cup (16 tbs), roasted
 Red chillies4
 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp crushed pepper corns
 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp crushed pepper corns

Directions

Heat oil in a pan/kadhai.
Fry garlic and white part of onion till onion turns light brown.
Add ginger.
Stir.
Add chicken and mushrooms.
Fry for 4-5 minutes.
Reduce heat.
Add salt, pepper, sugar, fish sauce, soya sauce, green and red bell peppers, kaju and red chillies.
Add greens of spring onions.
Saute for 2-3 minutes.
