Chicken With Black Bean Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
| Chicken thighs | 1/2 Pound | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon rice wine or dry sherry | ||
| Garlic | 1/2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| 4-1/2 teaspoons salty black beans, rinsed, chopped | ||
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Green onion | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Use a cleaver to chop each chicken thigh into 2 or 3 pieces.
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Stir-fry chicken pieces 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Add wine, garlic and black beans.
Stir-fry 10 seconds.
Add soy sauce, sugar, green onion and 1 cup boiling water.
Reduce heat to medium.
Cover and cook 10 minutes or until only 3 tablespoons sauce remain; mix well.

Add wine, garlic and black beans.
