Ingredients

 Almonds1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green pepper1 To taste
 Onions2
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm)
 Sesame oil2 Tablespoon
 Chicken pieces - 2 cups, boneless
 Water chestnuts - 4-ounce can, sliced
 Chinese snow peas1 pound
 Tamari soy sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brown rice4 Cup (16 tbs), cooked

Directions

MAKING
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees and toast the almonds for 10 minutes. Cool,once toasted.
2. In a frying pan or wok, heat oil.
3. Add onions,garlic, tamari, snow peas, onion and green pepper. Stir fry 2 minutes.
4. Add chicken. Stir fry 2 minutes more. Combine snow peas, tamari and snow peas.
5. In individual serving plates place the brown rice and place vegetables and chicken in the central section.

SERVING
6. Serve Chicken With Almonds And Snow Peas garnished with toasted almonds.
