Ingredients

 4 chicken wings (3 ounces each), tips removed
 Dry red wine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Packed brown sugar2 Teaspoon
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Bouillon1/2 Teaspoon
 1/2 medium green pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
 1/2 medium red pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
 2 green onions (with tops), cut into 2-inch pieces

Directions

Place chicken wings in 8 X 8 x 2-inch dish.
Mix wine, brown sugar, soy sauce and bouillon; pour over chicken.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium-high (70%) until almost done, 5 to 7 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn; add remaining ingredients.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
