Ingredients

 Chicken wings3
 Soy sauce1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Onion2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Ginger slice3
 Sherry2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Oyster sauce2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Water8 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Pinch salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate and sugar
 Cornflour1 Teaspoon (Thickening paste:)
 Water1 Teaspoon (Thickening paste:)
 Sesame oil1 Teaspoon (Thickening paste:)

Directions

Chop each wing into four, soak in soy sauce for 30 minutes.
Deep-fry the chicken for 1 minute and drain well.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the onion and ginger for 15 seconds.
Then add the chicken and seasoning sauce and simmer for 15 minutes over a low heat.
Thicken the gravy with the cornflour paste, adjust the seasoning and serve.
