Chicken Wings In Oyster Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken wings | 3 | |
| Soy sauce | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Ginger slice | 3 | |
| Sherry | 2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Oyster sauce | 2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Water | 8 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Pinch salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate and sugar | ||
| Cornflour | 1 Teaspoon (Thickening paste:) | |
| Water | 1 Teaspoon (Thickening paste:) | |
| Sesame oil | 1 Teaspoon (Thickening paste:) | |
Directions
Chop each wing into four, soak in soy sauce for 30 minutes.
Deep-fry the chicken for 1 minute and drain well.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the onion and ginger for 15 seconds.
Then add the chicken and seasoning sauce and simmer for 15 minutes over a low heat.
Thicken the gravy with the cornflour paste, adjust the seasoning and serve.
