Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients
10 to 12 chicken wings
Paprika
2 tbsp (30 mL) peanut oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 celery stalk, diced fine
1/4 cup (60 mL) chili sauce
1/3 cup (80 mL) Teriyaki sauce
Directions
€¢ Fold the wings. Sprinkle generously with paprika.
€¢ Heat the peanut oil 2 minutes at HIGH in a microwave-safe baking dish.
€¢ Without removing dish from oven, add the chicken wings, placing them one next to the other. Stir to coat them with the oil.
€¢ Microwave 6 to 7 minutes at HIGH. Stir the wings.
€¢ Add the remaining ingredients. Stir thoroughly. Microwave 6 to 8 minutes at HIGH. Stir.
