Ingredients

 1 good-sized chicken
 Onions4 Large
 Tomatoes3
 Sugar
 In 1/2 cup vinegar
 Jeera1 Teaspoon (Grind:)
 Mustard seed1/2 Teaspoon (Grind:)
 Garlic10 Gram (Grind:)
 1/2"pc. ginger
 Salt To Taste (Grind:)
 Oil6 Tablespoon (Grind:)
 A little vinegar if needed
 Fenugreek seeds1/4 Teaspoon (Grind:)
 2 pcs. cinnamon
 Cloves10 (Grind:)
 Cardamoms8 (Grind:)
 Peppercorns12 (Grind:)
 Separately 1" pc. fresh
 Turmeric or powder
 Red chillies6 (Grind:)

Directions

Apply the ground masalas to chicken pieces and marinate for a few hours.
Heat oil and brown onions.
Add chopped tomatoes and fry.
Add chicken with masala and fry well.
Add salt, cover and cook on a very slow fire, without adding water.
Place some water on the lid.
When chicken is ready, add sugar to taste, about 1 tbs and a little more vinegar if needed.
