 Boneless chicken breast4 , skinned
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 teaspoons WYLER'S® or STEERO® Chicken
 Flavor Instant Bouillon or 2 Chicken Flavor Bouillon Cubes
 Thyme leaves1/2 Teaspoon
 Onion powder1/4 Teaspoon
 1 cup each thin strips carrots, red bell pepper, summer squash and zucchini

Directions

In large skillet, brown chicken in oil.
Add water, bouillon, thyme, onion powder and carrots.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
Add remaining vegetables; cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes longer or until tender.
Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
