Chicken & Vegetable Medley Recipe
Ingredients
| Boneless chicken breast | 4 , skinned | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 teaspoons WYLER'S® or STEERO® Chicken | ||
| Flavor Instant Bouillon or 2 Chicken Flavor Bouillon Cubes | ||
| Thyme leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup each thin strips carrots, red bell pepper, summer squash and zucchini | ||
Directions
In large skillet, brown chicken in oil.
Add water, bouillon, thyme, onion powder and carrots.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
Add remaining vegetables; cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes longer or until tender.
Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
