Ingredients

 
1 teaspoon minced garlic
 
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
 
1 jar (16 ounces) mild chunky-style salsa
 
2 cups cooked finely cut-up chicken
 
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
 
1 to 2 tablespoons Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
 
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
 
1 cup crushed tortilla chips Monterey Jack cheese (optional)

Directions

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat.
Saute garlic 1 minute or until tender.
Add remaining ingredients except tortilla chips.
Cover; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in tortilla chips.
Sprinkle with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, if desired.
