Ingredients

| Chicken breast boneless skinless | 6 Ounce | |
| 1/4-inch strips | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Red peppers | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Green peppers | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Roma tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Cumin | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 12 corn tortilla chips | ||
| Cilantro | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |

| Oregano | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil; add chicken strips and cook for 5 minutes, skimming the top.
Add the vegetables and cook for 10 more minutes.
Chop the oregano and cilantro, reserving 4 sprigs of cilantro for garnish.
