Chicken Thighs with Thai Peanut Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Jarred minced garlic - 2 teaspoons | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Large chicken thighs - 6 | ||
| Satay sauce - 2/3 cup | ||
| Unsalted dry-roasted peanuts, chopped - for garnish | ||
| Thinly sliced scallions - for garnish | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2.Put the oven rack in in the third oven shelf.
3.Put a baking sheet with foil on it.
4.Spray vegetable oil cooking spray on the same.
MAKING
5.Take a large sized bowl, combine oil, garlic and salt in it and stir well.
6.Put chicken in it and turn so that it is fully coated.
7.Put chicken on the baking sheet with skin facing up.
8.Bake chicken until tender for 30 - 40 minutes.
9.Once done, coat the pieces in satay sauce kept in a bowl.
SERVING
10.Serve warm in plates topped with scallions and peanuts.
