Chicken Thighs With New Potatoes Recipe

| 4 small red potatoes, each cut in half | ||

Directions
1. In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, melt butter or margarine. Add chicken thighs, skin side down, potato halves, cut side down, and chopped onion. Cook until chicken thighs are browned and potatoes are golden on bottom, about 15 minutes.
2. Turn thighs and potatoes over; reduce heat to low; cover and cook 15 minutes longer or until chicken thighs and potatoes are fork-tender. Sprinkle with salt and seasoned pepper to taste.
