Ingredients

2 Chicken Thigh Fillets ( or as desired), 1/4 to 1/2 Cup of Kikkoman soya sauce, 1.5 Cup of water (I used 1.25 C in video. depend if salty, use 1.5C), 1/2 tsp pepper, 2 table spoon sugar, 1/2 Cup plain flour, steamed rice, lettuce, tomato (as desired) for garnish.

Directions

Put plain flour onto a plate. Wash chicken and dry chicken with kitchen papper towels.
Coat chicken thigh with plain flour generously and shake excess flour off the chicken.
To a hot non-stick frying pan add 2 table spoon of oil.
Fry the chicken thigh fillets for 1-1.5 mins on each side on medium heat until brown. Remove from heat once brown on both sides.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes and slice the chicken into bite size portions.
Drain excess oil from the pan and add chicken pieces and cook for 1 minute (turn regularly)
Add soya sauce, water, sugar and pepper. Cook chicken on Medium heat for 3-5 minutes turning the chicken every 1 minute. After 3 minutes the sauce should start to thicken and turn into a gravy, taste the sauce, if a little salty, add 1 table spoon of water or as desired.
Remove the pan from stove once cooked and serve with steam rice and garnish as desired.
