Chicken Tarragon Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken | 3 Pound | |
| Flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Season-All - 1 tablespoon | ||
| MSG - 1/4 teaspoon | ||
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brandy | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Instant minced onion | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Tarragon-Leaves - 1 teaspoon | ||
| White wine or water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Chop chicken into pieces and apply a mixture of Season all, flour, MSG, pepper and paprika.
MAKING
2.Heat butter and brown chicken pieces in it.
3.Add a sprinkling of brandy extract, onion, tarragon leaves.
4.Put wine and water on the chicken and cook it on low flame after simmering for 45 minutes until the chicken turns soft.
SERVING
5.Serve warm.
