| Curd | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garam masala powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Red chilly | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Garlic – ginger paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Edible orange colour few drops | ||
Directions
Clean and wash the chicken pieces and make small slits on them.
Marinate the chicken in curd, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, red chilly powder and salt.
Keep for 3-4 hours.
Put the leg pieces onto the skewers and grill until thin crust develops.
Season with lemon juice and chat masala before serving.
