Chicken Tamale Pie Recipe

| Corn meal | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Canned tomatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), stewed | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole kernel corn | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Eggs | 3 , beaten | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Cooked chicken breast | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Olives | 1 Can (10oz), sliced |
Directions
1.Mix corn meal, tomatoes and milk in top of double boiler.
2.Saute' onion in small amount of butter with chicken.
3.Add onions and corn to double boiler, along with the chicken.
4.Over medium heat, thoroughly cook the above until mixture becomes thick.
5.Add beaten eggs and olives and place in greased baking dish.
6.Bake 40 minutes in 300 to 325 degree oven.
