4 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
1/2 carrot parboiled and cut into leaves or diagonally cut slices
1 -2 cabbage leaves roughly torn
1/2 cup boiled noodles
2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp each of sugar, black pepper
A pinch ajinomoto
Directions
Mix stock, salt, pepper, sugar, soya sauce and ajinomoto.
Boil.
Add cornflour paste, stirring continuously.
Add vegetables and shredded chicken.
Boil for 2-3 minutes.
Add boiled noodles, remove from fire.
