Chicken Supreme Recipe
Ingredients
10 pounds chicken parts
1 cup seasoned flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
6 cans (10 1/2 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 cup water
Directions
Dust chicken with seasoned flour.
Arrange pieces skin side down in 2 buttered baking pans (12 x 18 x 2 ).
Do not overlap.
Dribble melted butter over chicken.
Bake in a 400° oven 20 minutes.
Turn chicken; bake 20 minutes longer.
Blend soup and water; spread over chicken.
Bake 20 minutes more or until tender.
