Chicken Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
6 1/2 oz (184 g) canned chicken, flaked
1/4 cup (60 ml) carrots, diced
2 tbsp (30 ml) mayonnaise
1 tsp (5 ml) wine vinegar
1/4 cup (60 ml) canned asparagus, sliced into 3 pieces
Salt and pepper
1 tsp (5 ml) chopped tarragon
Directions
– Drain chicken. Meanwhile, in a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch carrots. Rinse under cold running water and drain.
