Chicken Mushroom Udon Broth Recipe
Ingredients

| Chicken broth | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mushrooms | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Udon noodles | 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
| Lemon peel | 4 |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Slice the chicken very thinly.
MAKING
2) In a saucepan boil the broth and add chicken, cook for 5 minutes.
3) Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes more.
4) Stir in the soy sauce and noodles, cook for 1 minute.
SERVING
5) Serve hot with a slice in lemon peel.
