|Frozen no salt added snow peas/6 ounces fresh snow peas, rinsed and trimmed||6 Ounce, Defrosted (1 Package)|
|Canned mandarin oranges in light syrup||22 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 11 Ounce Each)|
|Cooked cubed chicken breast||1 Pound|
|Finely chopped red onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced water chestnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light reduced calorie mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Low fat vanilla yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated fresh ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated lime rind||1 Teaspoon|

In a bowl, combine chicken, snow peas, oranges, onion and water chestnuts.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
