Chicken Seekh Kabab Recipe
Ingredients
| Maggi Chicken Cubes: 3, crumbled | ||
| Chicken Keema: 1/2 kg | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Cornflour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion: 1 large, finely chopped | ||
| Green Chillies: 2, finely chopped | ||
| Ginger: 2 tsp., finely chopped | ||
| Coriander Leaves: 2. tbsp., finely chopped | ||
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix Maggie Chicken Cubes, chicken keema, egg, cornflour, onion, green chillies, ginger and coriander.
2)Make a ball with 1 tablespoon of the mixture around a seekh or wooden stick.
3)On a lightly greased tawa, brown the seekh kababs all all sides till completely cooked.
SERVING
4)Serve immediately with onion rings and lemon wedges.
