Chicken Scaloppini Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken breast | 8 Ounce, boned | |
| Tomato | 1 | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finley minced | |
| Green pepper | 1 , sliced | |
| Mushrooms | 2 Large | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley- for garnish | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Place the chicken between 2 sheets of parchment paper and flatten it with a meat mallet.
2) Place the chicken on the broiling pan.
MAKING
3) Broil the chicken 4 inches from the heat for 15 minutes or until tender, and flip once.
4) In a non-stick pan, place the mashed tomato.
5) Add the garlic, green pepper and mushrooms.
6) Mix in the monosodium glutamate, oregano, salt and pepper.
7) Cook the tomato mixture over slow flame for 15 minutes.
8) Add the chicken in the tomato mixture and continue to simmer for 5 minutes more.
SERVING
9) Serve hot garnished with parsley.
