Chicken Saute Indian Style Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken (broiler) 1 | ||
| Red chillies | 10 | |
| Peppercorns | To Taste | |
| Cinnamon | 3 Gram | |
| Cloves | 3 Gram | |
| Fennel | 3 Gram | |
| Garlic 1 pod | ||
| Ginger 2.5 cm. (1") piece | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onions 2 (200 gm.) | ||
| Tomato | 1 Large | |
Directions
1. Clean and joint chicken.
2. Grind together all the spices with salt, using vinegar.
3. Slice onions and chop tomato roughly.
4. Apply half the ground spices on chicken and set aside for about 10 minutes.
5. Heat oil. Fry lightly.
6. Fry reamining spices.
7. Add sliced onions, saute.
8. Add chopped tomato and cook chicken gently till tender.
9. Check for seasoning. Remove.
