My love for Chicken Saute developed during high school days. The marriage of the incredible flavors of Chicken with other ingredients is the secret to this Chicken Saute recipe. This is the most comforting Side Dish recipe I have come across. Trust me, you must try this Chicken Saute recipe.
Ingredients
4 pieces of frying chicken
1 Tbs. chopped green pepper
Seasoned flour
Butter or oil for frying
2 sliced tomatoes
1/8 pt. red wine
1 rasher bacon, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 oz. sliced mushrooms
Directions
Wash and dry the chicken pieces.
Coat them in seasoned flour.
Fry in a little butter or oil until the pieces are brown on both sides.
Pour off surplus fat, add the other ingredients, and simmer for 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
It helps to cover the pan with a lid of foil and if the pan becomes too dry, moisten with a little stock or wine.
