Chicken San Marino Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken breasts | 6 | |
| Flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned | |
| Butter | 4 Ounce | |
| Mushrooms | 8 | |
| Mozzarella cheese slice | 8 |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Place the chicken pieces between two sheets of waz paper and pound with a mallet until thin
2. Preheat the broiler to high
3. Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth, trim base of stems, and slice caps and stems
MAKING
4. On a plate, put the seasoned flour and dip the chicken breast halves into it, coating well
5. In a large skillet, melt three ounces of butter and cook the chicken pieces in it for five minutes on either side
6. Tranfer the chicken into a heatproof casserole
7. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and saute mushrooms in it for a couple minutes
8. Arrange mushroom slices on top of the chicken and cover each piece with a slice of mozzarella cheese
9. Arrange the casserole under the broiler for three minutes until the mozzarella turns brown

10. Serve very hot
