4 cups cooked chicken, diced
 
1 cup drained, unsweetened pineapple chunks
 
2/3 cup water chestnuts, drained and thinly sliced
 
2 green onions, sliced thin
 
1/2 cup yogurt
 
1/2 cup mayonnaise
 
2 teaspoons lemon juice
 
1 tablespoon honey
 
1 teaspoon ginger
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon paprika
 
1/3 cup slivered almonds
 
Salad greens for garnish

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, pineapple, water chestnuts, and green onions.
Toss together lightly chicken mixture and toss gently, but thoroughly.
Chill in refrigerator, covered, for at least one hour before serving.
