Chicken Salad Oriental Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked chicken | 4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1 cup drained, unsweetened pineapple chunks | ||
| Water chestnuts | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| 2 green onions, sliced thin | ||
| Yogurt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Slivered almonds | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, pineapple, water chestnuts, and green onions.
Toss together lightly chicken mixture and toss gently, but thoroughly.
Chill in refrigerator, covered, for at least one hour before serving.
