Chicken Salad Marlene Recipe
Ingredients
| Sauerkraut | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Cooked chicken | 12 Ounce, diced | |
| Peas | 4 Ounce, drained | |
| Tomatoes | 4 Ounce, diced | |
| Celery | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Chives | 1 Tablespoon, snipped | |
| Buttermilk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a salad bowl, add all the ingredients.
2) Lightly toss to combine.
3) Place inside refrigerator to chill.
SERVING
4) Serve the salad very cold on individual salad plates.
