Ingredients

 2 cups cooked chicken, cut up but not too fine
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Seedless grapes3/4 Cup (16 tbs), halved
 Slivered almonds3/4 Cup (16 tbs), salted
 Capers1 Tablespoon
 Dash of nutmeg
 Mayonnaise
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Sprinkle lemon juice over chicken and celery.
Let mixture stand at least one hour.
Mix together lightly with grapes, almonds, capers, nutmeg, seasonings and mayonnaise.
Pile lightly on lettuce cups.
Garnish with a few grapes and almonds.
Serves 4.
