 125 ml orange juice concentrate
 Honey15 Milliliter
 Orange rind1 Milliliter, grated
 1 medium head romaine lettuce, torn in bite-size pieces 2 L
 500 ml cooked chicken cut in strips
 250 ml seedless grapes cut in half
 Toasted slivered almonds125 Milliliter

Directions

To make dressing, combine soup, orange juice concentrate, honey and orange rind; chill.
Toss lightly with remaining ingredients.
Garnish with additional almonds.
