 Plain yogurt1⁄2
 Homemade mayonnaise1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Snipped dill weed2 Tablespoon (Fresh)
 Chopped parsley1 Tablespoon
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Freshly ground black pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Cooked diced potatoes3 Cup (48 tbs) (Hot)
 Diced cooked chicken2 Cup (32 tbs) (Meat)
 Cooked peas1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Diced cooked carrots1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Drained capers2 Tablespoon

Directions

1. Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, parsley, salt, pepper, and potatoes in a medium-sized bowl. Set aside until the potatoes are at room temperature.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Use as a sandwich filling, salad on lettuce, or to stuff tomatoes.
