Cucumber Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 1 Teaspoon | |

| Pepper, thyme leaves, and ground sage-dash each | ||
| Cooked chicken-4 ounces-skinned and boned diced | ||
| Cucumber-2 tablespoons-seeded and diced pared | ||
| Carrot, celery, and red onion-1 tablespoon each-diced | ||
| Fresh parsley-1 teaspoon-chopped | ||
| Iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves-2 | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a small bowl, place the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, thyme, and sage and mix well
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the dressing and mix well
3. Cover and set aside to chill
SERVING
4. Serve chilled immediately
