Durkee'S Chicken Salad With Peanuts And Olives Recipe
Ingredients

| Salt, black and red pepper | ||
| 8 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped | ||
| 1 whole stalk celery, chopped fine | ||
| 3 small packages salted peanuts | ||
| 1 small jar green olives, chopped | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup Durkee's dressing | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
Directions
Boil hen with seasonings until tender.
Cool and remove chicken from bone.
Dice chicken very fine.
Add chopped eggs, celery, olives and peanuts.
Fold in mayonnaise, Durkee's dressing and add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Serves 8.
