|Iceberg lettuce head||1 Small|
|Tomatoes||3 Large, sliced|
|Grated cheddar cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Onions spring||4 , chopped with some of the tender green|
|Apple||1 Large, diced|
|Cucumber||1 Medium, peeled and diced|
|Roasted sesame seeds||1 Teaspoon (Til)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Vinegar||2 Tablespoon (Any Non Synthetic Type)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||5 Clove (25 gm), chopped|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1 Teaspoon|

Place in an ovenproof dish and cover with cling wrap.
Make 1-2 slits in cling wrap.
Microwave on medium for 15 minutes.
Allow to rest in oven till cool.
Remove and discard skin and bones of chicken.
Cut flesh into neat strips.
Wash lettuce and shred.
Line a salad dish with lettuce and arrange tomatoes on top.
Sprinkle with cheese and pile on chicken, spring onions, apple and cucumber.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Combine ingredients for dressing and beat well to mix.
Sprinkle a little dressing over salad and serve the rest separately.
