Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked chicken | 4 Cup (64 tbs), cooled and cut into 0.5 inch dice | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Freshly ground black pepper | To Taste | |
| Finely chopped onion/Scallions | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Finely chopped celery | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Including Some Of The Leaves) | |
| Capers | 3 Tablespoon, washed, drained and coarsely chopped | |
| Freshly made mayonnaise/Good, unsweetened commercial variety | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Finely chopped parsley | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
Stir in the onion or scallions, the celery and the capers.
Mix together the mayonnaise and sour cream, and carefully fold it into the chicken mixture.
