Chicken And Gorgonzola Puffs Recipe

Ingredients
1 fried or grilled chicken (2 pounds)
2 small tomatoes
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
4 ounces Gorgonzola cheese
4 slices frozen puff pastry
For Brushing:
Beaten egg
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2 Bone the chicken and cut the meat in small
pieces.
3. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in 8 slices. Cut the Gorgonzola in 8 pieces.
4. Roll out the puff pastry slices according to the directions on the package.
5. Divide the puff pastry in half and spoon the chicken meat in the middle of the slices. Place the tomatoes with the chives and the Gorgonzola on the chicken meat.
6. Fold up the corners. Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet.
7. Brush the rolls with beaten egg.
8. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 . minutes.
