Directions
Filling Melt butter in saucepan, add peeled and finely chopped onion, cook until onion is tender, remove from heat.
In a basin combine onion, minced steak, minced or finely chopped ham, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, salt and pepper, tarragon and shelled pistachio nuts, cut in halves.
