1/2 cup chopped celery
 
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
 
2 1/2 cups water
 
1 6-ounce package long grain and wild rice mix
 
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
 
1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
 
1 4-ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions

In 10-inch skillet cook celery in butter till tender.
Stir in water and rice mix.
Bring to boiling; cover.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in chicken, artichoke hearts, and mushrooms.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes more.
