Directions
Melt butter, stir in flour and cook for a few min.
Add cayenne pepper, mustard and salt.
Stir in milk gradually; bring to the boil, stirring all the time.
Add mushrooms and chicken and simmer for 3 min.
Spread mixture on the toast, sprinkle with cheese, and brown under a hot grill.
