Chicken Puttanesca Style Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (272- to 3-pound) chicken, cut into pieces
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 jar (1 pound 10 ounces) Old World Pasta Sauce
1 cup pitted ripe olives
1 tablespoon drained capers
Directions
In 12-inch skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown chicken.
Remove chicken and set aside; drain.
In same skillet, add onion and vinegar and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes.
Stir in Ragu Old World Style Pasta Sauce.
Return chicken to skillet and simmer covered 25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Stir in olives and capers; heat through.
