Microwaved Provencal Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| White wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomatoes | 425 Gram, peeled | |
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| 1 apple, peeled and chopped | ||
| Black olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chicken pieces | 125 Kilogram | |
| 250g button mushrooms chopped parsley | ||
Directions
1. In a large jug, combine wine, tomatoes, onion, apple, olives and curry powder. Mix well.
2. Arrange chicken pieces in a casserole dish. Pour over sauce. Cover and cook for 25-27 minutes on medium high. Stir during cooking.
3. Stir in mushrooms, cover and cook for a further 5 minutes on medium high.
4. Sprinkle with parsley.
