Ingredients
| Chicken | 1 Cup (16 tbs), boiled | |
| Chicken stock | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornflour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| 1/2 cup finely shredded cabbage | ||
| 1 small tin mushrooms, | ||
| Prawns | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 stalks finely chopped celery | ||
| 1 med. sliced white onion | ||
| Garlic | 10 Gram, crushed | |
| 1/2" finely sliced ginger, | ||
| Oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 small bunch chopped spring onions | ||
Directions
Heat oil, fry sliced onion, ginger and garlic for 2 mins.
Add in prawns and fry till cooked.
Then add in celery, mushrooms, cabbage and spring onions and fry for a minute.
Blend cornflour with stock, add to vegetables, stir till boiling, add in salt and chicken, remove from fire after a minute.
Serve immediately.
