Ingredients

 Chicken1 Cup (16 tbs), boiled
 Chicken stock2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornflour2 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 1/2 cup finely shredded cabbage
 1 small tin mushrooms,
 Prawns1 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 stalks finely chopped celery
 1 med. sliced white onion
 Garlic10 Gram, crushed
 1/2" finely sliced ginger,
 Oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 small bunch chopped spring onions

Directions

Heat oil, fry sliced onion, ginger and garlic for 2 mins.
Add in prawns and fry till cooked.
Then add in celery, mushrooms, cabbage and spring onions and fry for a minute.
Blend cornflour with stock, add to vegetables, stir till boiling, add in salt and chicken, remove from fire after a minute.
Serve immediately.
