Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
Ingredients
Pastry for double crust
Simmer:
1 c. chicken broth
6 T. margarine
Thicken with:
1 c. milk Add:
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
Cooked peas, carrots, potatoes, corn & diced onions
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
3 T. flour
Directions
Pour into pastry-lined dish and place crush on top.
Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes.
