Chicken Pineapple Boat Recipe
Ingredients
12 ounces cooked chicken, cubed
1 15 1/4-ounce can pineapple chunks (juice pack), chilled and drained
1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
3/4 cup Zesty Salad Dressing
Directions
In salad bowl combine chicken, pineapple, green pepper, and water chestnuts.
Pour Zesty Salad Dressing over chicken mixture; toss lightly.
